Returns and the right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Unopened items in their original packaging are refunded in full to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be resold and is refunded only where the product is faulty.
Carbon and packaging
All ROMY parcels travel by road within continental Europe wherever a route exists, in recyclable mono-material outer packaging with no secondary carton.
