Orders are dispatched from Berlin to all 27 EU member states. Delivery inside the union is duty-free, and all prices shown on this site include VAT at the rate of your delivery country. Shipping is complimentary on orders over €85.

Returns and the right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Unopened items in their original packaging are refunded in full to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be resold and is refunded only where the product is faulty.
